At Theledshoes.com, we want you to love your LED shoes. However, if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund and return policy below for all the information you need.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return your order within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
The shoes are in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition.
The original packaging (including the box, tags, and any accessories) is intact.
You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
The shoes have not been customized or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for the following:
Products purchased from third-party sellers or marketplaces.
Items that have been worn, used, or damaged (outside of manufacturing defects).
Products that have been customized or altered.
Final sale items or promotional items marked as non-returnable.
2. How to Return Your Shoes To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will assist you in starting the return process.
Prepare the Shoes: Ensure the shoes are in their original condition, including the box, packaging, and tags. We recommend securely packaging the shoes for safe return shipping.
Return Shipping: Depending on the circumstances, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Ship the Shoes Back: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send the shoes. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
3. Refund Process Once we receive your returned items and confirm that they meet our return policy requirements, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for your return to be processed after we receive the item(s).
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
If you paid for shipping at checkout, please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong size, defective product, etc.).
4. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, we recommend that you initiate a return and place a new order for the correct product. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited stock and quick turnover of products.
5. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective or damaged items.

Order number Photos of the damaged or defective product A description of the issue 6. Late Returns We understand that sometimes life gets in the way, but returns after 30 days will not be accepted. If you have passed the 30-day return window but have a valid concern about the product, please reach out to our support team, and we may be able to offer a solution on a case-by-case basis.
7. Promotional/Discounted Items If you purchased an item on sale or using a promotion, the same return policy applies, but please note that promotional items are only eligible for store credit or exchange, rather than a refund. Store credit will be issued for the purchase amount of the promotional item.
8. International Returns For international customers, the same 30-day return policy applies. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs, and any customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process will not be refunded. Please ensure that your return complies with your local country’s customs regulations.
